What's moving in AI.

AI News
AI reads your words, not just your data.
Inman (June 30): as buyers search through ChatGPT and Claude, AI no longer just reads a listing's structured data. It reads the story. Narrative words are now "searchable," and Kleio's CEO put it plainly: input quality determines output quality. Generic copy won't cut it.
Inman · Jun 30, 2026
Why This Matters
For this room. For this community.
Three weeks ago you built your positioning, your Claim. But the engines aren't asking who ranks? They're asking who can I confidently name?
  • AI reads your words to decide who to name.
  • A sharp Claim is the sentence it repeats.
  • That's CITED → five profiles, one a week.
You're not behind. You're early. This week we lock your Claim.

Teaching · The Hook 12 / 18
Why This Matters Teaching 1 of 5

The agent AI can't name.

AI doesn't recommend the "best" agent. It recommends the one it can describe in a sentence. If it can't say what you do, you're not in the answer.

The Invisible 91%

"A great agent. Full-service. Ask me anything."

Result · AI has nothing to repeat. It skips you.
The Cited 9% · The Winner

"She helps north-metro empty-nesters downsize without getting stuck between two homes."

Result · AI has an exact sentence to name you with.

Same experience. Same market. One handed AI a Claim to repeat. The other handed it a shrug. That's the whole game today.

Teaching · C · Claim 13 / 18
C · Your Claim Teaching 2 of 5

The words AI repeats.

Your Claim is your positioning statement boiled to one clean sentence, the exact language every other profile will echo, so AI hears the same thing everywhere and trusts it.

What a Claim Is
  • One sentence: who you serve, the outcome, minus the dread.
  • The same words on every profile, no variations.
  • Specific enough that AI can match a buyer to you.
Why It's First (the C)
  • Every other letter (I · T · E · D) repeats your Claim.
  • Saying the same thing everywhere is AI's #1 trust signal.
  • Lock the words now, then place them for four weeks.

Teaching · Worked Example 14 / 18
A Worked Example Teaching 3 of 5

Kayla's Claim.

Kayla ran the 3-week build. Here's her one-sentence Claim, the exact words she'll now drop onto all five profiles.

"I help north-metro empty-nesters sell the family home for top dollar and land in the right next chapter, without getting stuck between two homes, with my Bridge Plan."
That's Her Claim
One sentence. Identical on Zillow, Realtor.com, Google, and her site. So when someone asks ChatGPT "who helps downsizers in the north metro?" It has Kayla's exact words to repeat back.
Inner Cirql
Teaching · Lock It 15 / 18
Lock It Down Teaching 4 of 5

Make it repeatable.

A Claim only works if it's one plain sentence you (and AI) can repeat verbatim. Tighten it until it passes three tests.

The 3 Tests
  • Say it in one breath: run out of air and it's too long.
  • A 12-year-old gets it: no jargon, no "full-service."
  • It names a person + a problem: not a service list.
Then Do This
  • Write the final sentence in the workbook.
  • Read it out loud in the room today.
  • Post it in the community. Next week we Index it on Zillow.
Permission Granted
Don't polish forever. A clear, working Claim you actually deploy beats a perfect one that never leaves the workbook. Lock it today.

Teaching · Read-Off 16 / 18
Bring It All Together Teaching 5 of 5

Now read it off.

This is the moment. One at a time, read your Claim out loud to the room. We react in real time (is it clear? could AI repeat it?) and sharpen on the spot.

"I help your person achieve the outcome without the thing they dread, with my named mechanism."
Do This Today
Read your Claim out loud. Lock the final words in the workbook and drop them in YourInnerCirql.com. Next Wednesday we put your Claim on Zillow. Week 2: Index.
