What 10 Minutes Actually Looks Like.

This is not a lead generation strategy. It's a relationship practice. And like any practice, the work is in showing up.

Show up before you feel like it.
The hardest day to open Clara is the first day you don't feel like it. That's the most important day. The habit is built in the friction, not the flow.

Check in. Don't pitch.
Every touch is a deposit, not a withdrawal. A friend checking on a friend. No asks, no updates, no listings. Just presence. The real estate comes later, when they're ready.

Trust the compound effect.
Most agents quit at month 3. The conversations start in month 1. The referrals come in month 6. Consistency isn't about results today. It's about building something that pays forever.

You don't build a new habit from scratch. You attach it to something you already do every single day without thinking.
